We integrated $stSOL, $mSOL, and $SOL on our SOL Stable-Yield vault, while $USDT and $USDC on our USDC Stable-Yield vault.
📈How is yield generated?
The yield comes from the interest gained from borrowers.
🔴What are the risks?
Utilization
If utilization is at 100%, the users would be unable to withdraw assets they lent.
👩🏻🔬 How are the risks mitigated?
Lenders should check when utilization rates are trending upward (e.g., above 80%).
